As a Huia Estate Vineyard Limited Wine Club member, you have the flexibility to skip, modify, or cancel your shipments at any time. We do ask that if you wish to cancel, you let us know in advance.

Please note, if we don’t hear from you after four consecutive shipments, we may need to cancel your membership. Similarly, if you haven’t made any wine purchases within a year, your membership will also be cancelled.

By joining the Huia Estate Vineyard Limited Wine Club, you authorize us to charge your credit card four times a year through our secure and encrypted payment system (Stripe). You will receive two reminders before each payment is processed, ensuring you're always informed.

Huia Estate Vineyard Limited holds a New Zealand-owned off-license under the Sale of Liquor Act, which allows us to legally promote, sell, and deliver wine through online and mail order channels.

It is strictly prohibited for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. Additionally, it is illegal for anyone under 18 to provide false information about their age in order to purchase alcohol.

By using our website and accepting our terms and conditions, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you are not purchasing wine for anyone under the age of 18.

By signing up as a Huia Estate Vineyard Limited Wine Club member, you agree to purchase a minimum of four shipments per year. When you check the box to confirm your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions at sign-up, you are agreeing to these terms. You are required to complete at least four shipments before your membership can be cancelled.

Due to availability and seasonal variations, we reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, and the selection of wines at any time before accepting your order. If there are any significant changes, we’ll let you know and will not process your order without your consent.

At Huia Estate Vineyard Limited, we are committed to providing wines of the highest quality, free from faults or defects. In line with the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will replace any products that do not meet the standards of merchantable quality.

At Huia Estate Vineyard Limited, we aim to have all purchases delivered within 3–5 working days. For quarterly Wine Club shipments, we kindly ask that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
