Huia Vineyards

Crafted from 100% organic Pinot Noir, this Rosé is a pure expression of its site and season. Sourced from an elevated, sun-drenched vineyard in the Waihopai Valley, the Abel clone fruit thrives in a mix of stone, clay, and silt soils, adding depth and complexity. Despite a slightly unsettled start to the growing season, careful vineyard management ensured beautifully balanced fruit at harvest.

Handpicked and whole-bunch pressed with just a hint of skin contact for its delicate blush hue, the juice underwent a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel with organic yeasts. Bottled with minimal intervention, this wine retains its vibrant purity.

The palate is fresh and lively, bursting with raspberry, redcurrant, and strawberry cream. Juicy acidity keeps it crisp and dry, while a long, elegant finish leaves a refreshing impression. A vibrant and expressive Rosé, perfect for any occasion.
