Crafted from 100% organic Riesling grapes, this wine is a pure and vibrant expression of the Wairau Valley. Sourced from certified organic vineyards, the fruit was fermented in stainless steel using indigenous and organic yeasts to preserve its freshness and energy. Bottled with minimal intervention, it retains its bright, clean character with a touch of residual sugar to balance the racy acidity.

On the palate, zesty lemon zest and crisp Granny Smith apple lead the way, complemented by delicate notes of pie crust and daffodils.
